Conference on Drug Rehabilitation and Education

For the last couple days I've been attending our state conference on drug rehabilitation and education. I've been to many conferences throughout the country in the last few years and I must say that it's very frustrating to see addiction treatment centers become too focused on bickering about this and that and focusing on making sure they get their contracts instead of worrying about actually helping people.

A lot needs to change in this field. There are some good ideas at the Addiction Treatment Reform blog.
